Adam Clarke (Owner / Partner)
With loads of understanding of how the building and construction industry operates, from hands on building to construction management. Adam provides understanding and advice that all builders, designers, engineers, and architects look for.
He can find a solution to any problem while navigating the energy compliance, through from concept to approvals.
Adam has an advanced Diploma in construction management, construction estimation, NatHERS accreditation and is a BESS Trained Professional.
Rebecca Clarke (Owner / Partner)
Rebecca has a background in Business management and is passionate about details. Her attention to details and making sure the clients get what they need ensures the reports are delivered on time. Having grown up in New Zealand Rebecca has a grasp on how to live in passively heated homes. She has helped design and constructed several homes, and her valued life experience is essential to the team.
James Clarke (Accredited NatHERS assessor)
A background as an electrician, fire compliance and HVAC servicing James knows all about energy efficiency. He has provided many lifetime cycle reports for customers, along with cost analysis with longevity. This knowledge allows James to understand and work with embodied energy requirements.
Having travelled and lived in Europe he uses his experience to guide and provide practical solutions when completing NatHERS assessments. His attention to detail is seen through all his work.
Jamie Clarke
Jamie is our youngest fully certified NatHERs assessor. He is enthusiastic about the building industry and loves the challenge of achieving the best energy efficiency rating for your project.
He has a cert 3 in carpentry and joinery so has a great understanding of the building process. Jamie is always conscious that what is specified is how a builder would build it.
Madeline Williams
Madeline’s qualifications include a cert 4 in accounting and fully accredited NatHERS assessor. Madeline has had the incredible experience of living in Western Africa for 3.5yrs and she is able to apply her life skills to her work. Her adaptable nature and fun personality brings positive energy to our team.
