Had my unit completely renovated. New bathroom, Kitchen & hybrid flooring laid throughout. This was all done with me in lockdown & unable to pick things like tiles or fittings. Adam & his kept me informed throughout the whole process. Messaging me with photos of fittings etc to choose from. When I could finally see-in person I added extra such as new windows installed and extra ceiling fans. Nothing was too much for Adam to handle. The result is fantastic. Adam from 10 Star Building Assessment is a very thorough assessor, took his time, supplied photo shots, and his assessment was down to the finest detail, a rusty nail or screw. With thermal imaging on hand, he can see behind the walls. If you were buying a home in the late 6 or 7 figure range, you are not left with any wrong illusions about what you are spending your money on. I would highly recommend Adam if you were wanting a first class assessment. Money well spent!
